Verb (verb)

verb v.  /'vûrb/ -ing, -ed  To make into a verb.
ex. "Verbing weirds language." in Calvin & Hobbes.

If you want to see a language snob scoff, try verbing "impact." Then show said snob Fowler's entry, or the American HeritageBook of English Usage. So go ahead, verb away.

For a more detailed discussion of the linguistics, see "conversion." Call it "zero derivation" if you want to sound more badass.
